1. Promoter
The promoter is Cube Footwear Pty Ltd (79 127 584 089), trading as Verali Shoes, of Unit 1, 71 Victoria Crescent, Abbotsford 3067, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  
  

3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on Thursday 18th September 00:00 AEST and closes on Wednesday 8th October 23:59 AEST  (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @veralishoes on Instagram and tag at least one person in the comments.
• Multiple entries in the form of tagged persons is permitted.
• All entrants must also complete the registration via the website here: 
• Only valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible.

5. Prize

• The prize is: 1x Lola Digital Camera valued at AUD $159, 1x Stanley Quencer H2.0 1.2L in Rose Quarts valued at AUD $80, 1x PHLUR Not Your Baby Eau de Parfum 50ml valued at AUD $171 and 1x Rhode Lip Case with Lip Tint in Ribbon Sheer Pink valued at AUD $170.
• The Rhode Lip Case will be ordered depending on the winner’s phone size. This item is only available from iPhone 13 and upwards models, including Pro and Max variations.
• Total prize pool value: AUD $580.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

6. Selection of Winner(s)

• The draw will take place at the Promoter’s premises at Unit 1, 71 Victoria Crescent, Abbotsford VIC 3067 on Thursday 9th October at 11:00am AEST.
• The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner(s) will be notified via email OR phone OR Instagram message within 2 business days of the draw.

7. Claiming the Prize

• The winner(s) must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.
• If a prize is not claimed by that date, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at 20th October 11:00am AEST at the same location.

8. Publication of Winner(s)
The winner’s name (and Instagram handle if applicable) may be published on the Promoter’s @veralishoes Instagram page.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of taking the prize.

10. Privacy
Entrants’ personal information will be collected for the purpose of conducting this promotion and may be used for marketing purposes if the entrant has opted in. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy applies.

11. Record Keeping The Promoter will retain records of this promotion, including details of winners, for at least three years.
